I am trying to download the flash player installation file. I get a box saying that "flashplayer24_xa_install.exe" is ready to be saved, but the Save File button is greyed-out. The only active button is the Cancel button.  I have tried this multiple times tonight, with no success.  How can I get this installation file?

Windows 7, 64-bit using FireFox.

I tried those methods many times yesterday, but no-go.  However, I just now got it work, with the Save button appearing naturally, just as it should.

Hi,

Please provide the link from where you are trying to download flash player.

Also, try to hover on the pop up that shows up to save the installer, or clicking anywhere on the pop up. It might activate the "save as" button

Thanks!

I am trying to install from:  Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions

Mouse-over that to see the URL.
