To give you any useful advice, I'm going to need to know more about your computer and browser:

    Thanks for the reply.

I'm using a 64 bit and I'm on Google Chrome. Every new day when i go on my usual sites, I'm getting the same message.

"you do not have the latest version of flash installed"

I do have it installed. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've uninstalled and re-installed Google Chrome. It works at first but the next day i get the same message

Flash Player is a built-in component of Google Chrome, so there's nothing separate that you need to download or install.  The message you're seeing is most likely generated by the website that you're visiting because it's unable to detect the presence of Flash Player.

The content provider is assuming Flash Player is not installed, but really, all they're able to determine is that it's not running when the page initially loads.

Google (and others) have made a number of changes to their browser that may prevent content from playing as expected.

Please give this a shot as a first step:

Enable Flash Player for Google Chrome

Also, are you using any ad-blocking utilities or javascript blockers that might prevent the content from running as expected?
