[regression] Flash Player v24 beta - Video control bar is missing

Hi, I found a regression in Flash Player v24.0.0.138 beta x64.

The video control bar (play/pause, volume, fullscreen, ...) is missing at

http://www.wsbtv.com/video/

http://www.news9.com/video

..., if I move the mouse over the video.

Flash Player v23.0.0.205 x64 is working.

Tested with:

Windows 10 Build 14955 x64

Firefox Nightly v52 x64 (NPAPI)

Opera Dev v42 x64 (PPAPI)

Google Chrome Final v54 x64 (PPAPI)

Also add version 24 (currently 10.3 till 23.0) to bugbase.adobe.com please.

Thanks for reporting this problem. We are aware of this issue and it will be fixed in next beta.

The known issue we are using to track this is: Seek bar does not appear on hovering mouse cursor on video(4186564).
