Shockwave Crashing & maybe Flash as well.

Hello ~

I need assistance with Shockwave which seems to have permanently crash. It seems to be affecting Flash too. I have tried several different suggestions on line which each suggestion uses Shockwave which is not longer working from me. The messages that I have received are as follows:

1. Shockwave may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the plugin now or you can continue to see if the plugin works.

2. Shockwave has crashed.

3. Most recent: The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed.

Could you give me a solution?

I have also tried re-installing it numerous times and to no avail.

That means that flash player is crashing for you!

Please provide the following information:

Operating system version
Web browser and version
Flash Player version
Explain your problem in step-by-step detail if possible
A direct link to a web page that demonstrates the problem
