I am using Firefox 29.0.1 with version 14.0.0.125 of Adobe.  I am running Windows 7.  I have submitted several crash reports but get no feedback.  Can anyone help?

Yes, also noticed that shockwave crashes are much more frequent now. Any idea on what causes them?

Still no answers.  Either Adobe isn't monitoring these feeds or there is no answer for their issues.

I much prefer to purchase software from companies that acknowledge issues, but in this case we have no choice.

It would be nice to hear "we know there are issues, but can't pin them down yet."  That would be reassuring wouldn't it?

I will definitely be looking for alternatives to my  Acrobat Pro 9  which I have enjoyed very much.

LATEST

FireFox 30 is the latest.  I'd suggest upgrading to Version 30.
