That's a problem with the content.  You'll either need to use a different browser, or the content provider will need to modify their site.

This is not a content issue because this issue is happening not only on one site that requires Flash Player but on all sites

Flash Player ActiveX is for Internet Explorer, not Chrome, which uses the PPAPI plugin.  Is this happening on both IE and Chrome?

Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://flash.  Copy and paste the following information:

  • Google Chrome version
  • OS
  • Flash plugin path.

For example:

Google Chrome65.0.3325.181 ()
OSWindows 7 or Server 2008 R2 SP1 64 bit
Flash plugin29.0.0.113 C:\Users\<UserID>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\PepperFlash\29.0.0.113\pepflashplayer.dll

Please provide links to problematic content.  The links should be to the Flash content in question, and should not require a user account to access. We should not have to search a site for the content.

Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://site-engagement.  For the problematic site, what is the number listed in the Base column?

I have just Flash Player ActiveX

Google Chrome

65.0.3325.181 ()

OS :

Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2 SP1 64 bit

Flash plugin

29.0.0.113 C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\PepperFlash\29.0.0.113\pepflashplayer.dll

Base column of the site  8.3

And the problem occurs on all sites that require Flash Player
