• Getting a socket error when using the PPAPI debug player 19 r124

Error #2044: Unhandled ioError:. text=Error #2031: Socket Error. URL: socket-001.127.0.0.2

• Regular PPAPI 19 r124 works as expected.
• No issues with NPAPI and ActiveX Versions
