Some flash videos and browser games not loading

Been having this problem for a few days now. Some web browser game ( http://www.aq.com/play-now/  ) I've been playing in before stops loading flash games and when I try to check what's wrong using ctlrl+shift+i, I get this error:    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.  Another browser game (Naruto Online: Official Naruto MMORPG Game  ) even states that the adobe flash player I'm using is a lower version than 11.4 and prompts me to update, I tried to update it just in case but the same thing occurs. Same goes with some sites when I try to watch some videos, the video doesn't load but there are no error message not until i check using ctlrl+shift+i and that's when I'll see the error same as above and some sites even gives an error: Could not load plugins: File not found. Some other errors found but only for when I try to load videos like ( Download Kimi no Na wa Episode 1 ) using inspect: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED, Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found), Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service Unavailable), (unknown) Error: Ad adLoadError error: No ads were found in the ad response. At least one ad is required to be able to load or play. errorCode: 1001. Thing is my internet is running ok and I don't have problems loading from other sites. I've tried using other browsers but the same thing happens. As you can see below my adobe flash player is up to date same goes with the browsers I'm using. Anyone knows why I get these errors and how to fix them?

The errors you're describing are coming from JavaScript, and indicate that those network resources are either unreachable or slow.  This seems like an issue with the content provider or with how traffic is getting between you and the content provider (there's a network outage or congestion along the route, your ISP's peering isn't good where this particular host is concerned, the host service is handling too much traffic or getting attacked, etc.). It's also possible that your local connectivity isn't good.  You might try a wired connection if you're on wireless as a test, or try rebooting your cable modem/router/etc..

TL;DR: nothing I see here indicates a Flash Player problem.  I'd recommend talking to the support folks at the game provider, or just wait and hope that it's a transitory network issue that will get resolved on its own.
