SWF files not playing on safari 10.0

SWF files were working till safari update now will not play. On MacBook Pro running El Captain 10.11.6.

Please help?

Enable Adobe Flash Player for Safari

I had checked if my flash player was up to date did not think that apple would of tuned Adobe off
