The Acrobat Reader said I need to install Flash Player but I already have it.

When I open a pdf on the Acrobat Reader DC, it said I need to install Flash Player. But the website said because my computer is Win10. It already have Microsoft Edge and  it has Flash player. So I can't re-install it.

How can I open this PDF?!

    To get Flash Player for Acrobat Reader, refer to Adobe Flash Player needed for Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader page and download Flash Player for Windows.

    I already install the flash player. I restart the computer. But still can't read the PDF
