The dirth of help that ADOBE offers to it's victims when things go wrong.
Once, yes Once I did actually get a bit of human interaction via email,
unfortunately, I think the problem was too much for the guy 'cos despite me responding to each and every mail,
Adobe suddenly stopped "receiving" them and closed the case due to my "lack of response"
If anyone from the illusive support_noreply@adobe.com is reading, the case concerned was #181354184
Having now found this file "{E2883E8F-472F-4FBO-9522-AC9BF37916A7}"
which proclaims to be a (broken) Active X component of "GetPlus",
I am totally unable to remove it from my machine.
Just why I should be afflicted by this digital dogmess I don't know since I never knowingly downloaded GetPlus.
Well, would anyone in their right mind?
