trying to use send now but can't cause flash

I'm trying to send a form that I've been trying to fill out & get sent for over a week now, everyway I've tried to send it has failed. So was trying to use the sendnow option but it won't go because there is an issue with flashplayer. I've checked & says it's on pc no need to download, so I tried the troubleshooting suggestions but evidentally it's still not right & when I try to get help with the ongoing problems it sends me back to where I've already been. I need to send this yesterday actually several yesterdays, it's a form filled out in acrobat & is in adobe reader now, all I want is to somehow send this form back with the info I filled out in it. Please help asap!
