Turn On Flash Player is done.

Flash Player is turned on, on my PC but everytime I try to watch a video or movie I get a notice that I need to turn on Flash Player. What Do I Do??

Try to disable flash player once and then enable it again.

Check if it works fine after that.

I have done that. Still nothing. I wonder If I uninstall and reinstall?

If you are using Firefox, the default setting for Flash plugin is "Ask to Activate." You could change that to "Always Activate" if you are not concerned about Flash exploits.
