Unblock Flash Player Updated Windows 10 in Edge

I received a Windows update on 2/19/19 (Windows 10 for x64-based systems (KB4023057). Using Edge as my web browser. Since then I have not been able to unblock Flash Player.  I used to be able to click on the lock icon to the left of the web address and then click something like "enable Flash Player" in the pop-up.  When I click on the lock, enable is no longer available.  I went to the Flash Player trouble shooting and have tried all the options there.  In advance settings Use Adobe Flash Player is On, but it still doesn't work.  Tried turning off and on, doesn't work.  The other option involves an icon to the right that looks like a little puzzle piece.  That icon does not appear to the right of the web address.

This is going to be a content and/or browser issue.  The content developer must code their Flash detection script to conform to browser requirements.  As we march on the road to Flash's end-of-life (end of 2020), browser vendors are making it more difficult for users to allow/unblock Flash.  I'm happy to take a look at it (provide the info requested below), however, I'd recommend contacting the content developer and/or Microsoft, as it's their browser that's not displaying Flash when you 'allow'

For us to attempt to reproduce, please provide the following

  • Windows 10 version (e.g. 1703, 1809, etc)
  • Exact link to content that is not working

Thank you.
