Uninstall 17.0.0.191 product codes in SCCM 2012

Hi, I have a urgent deployment of 18.0.0.203 last week, but it failed, because our pc has various previous version already install, when use click on browser, it still pop up to ask user to download it and update. One of the known previous version is 17.0.0.191, can you please tell me the product code for uninstallation? Where I can find and download previous distribution package from your website? Any recommendation on package installation steps + uninstallation step in SCCM 2012? I am new to SCCM, please give me a helping hand.

Can you push a exe to a test machine and try:

http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe

then use:

uninstall_flash_player.exe -uninstall

That should get old version uninstalled silently, now try to install

p.s.

Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe

then use: the switch ' /qn'

The strange behaviour is, the package I push via SCCM is 18.0.0.203, but the client will appear to have 2 package at the same time .... One is 17.0.0.191, another is 18.0.0.203. User still have flash update prompt out after SCCM push out. Screen capture is:

What should I do now? Really puzzle. Not all the users have this problem, around half of them.

More than that, I try to figure out the product code of 17.0.0.191 from my machine, which have the same problem, by typing following command

But, I never find out the 17.0.0.191 information, but has unlisted item in windows program uninstall list 14 version. Who is true ???? ( At the bottom of the list )
