uninstall flash player

Hello,

My concern and issue is I can't seem to find the correct answer to my question:

How do I uninstall flash player completely from my laptop.

Currently I am running Windows 7.

I've downloaded the removal tool and ran it this is what I come up with no matter what I have tried so far.

If you put your cursor in the picture and right click, choose "open image in a new tab" the tab will open and you will be able to magnify it so you can see it better. Thank you, in advance for ant help you may be able to provide.

Sincerely Yours,

Raymond

Hi,

As the error message in the snapshot says, please close the google chrome browser and try again. If it does not help, go to task manager and kill the google chrome process(if any) from there.

Thanks!
