I am using a windows 10 laptop, uninstalled Adobe Flash Player as instructed, but now I have this annoying flash/information box that I cannot not get rid of in the bottom left hand corner of my laptop (all windows - see below)  If I shutdown/restart it is not there, but as soon as I start workingo on the laptop it reappears.  Any ideas on how to fix?

Yeah, I've seen a few people post about this.  I'd love to know what it is.

*Something* on your computer loads Flash Player in this little window.  I have no idea what.

Flash Player is doing what it's supposed to.  The host application that's loading us is trying to load content.  As of Jan 12, 2021, we only load content that you explicitly allow via Flash Player's Enteprise Enablement features.  This exists largely to prevent future malware/ransomware outbreaks leveraging ancient versions

From the screenshots I've seen, the shape reminds me of a picture-in-picture video player, but I have zero details.

You could try just killing stuff in Task Manager until you figure out what it is.  When you kill something and the window disappears, that's probably it.  I'd love to know what the answer is so that I can give better advice.  I've seen a few similar posts over the last two weeks, but zero follow-up.
