Update to flash player version 10.0.42.34 from 10.0.32.18

Do I have to uninstall version 10.0.32.18 first? Or can I just download 10.0.42.34 from the adobe

site and it will autiomatically clean out the older version?

I get confused because when I go to the adobe site

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

then click installation instructions it takes me to

http://adobe.com/products/flashplayer/productinfo/instructions/

then under genera when I click support it takes me to

http://adobe.com/support/flashplayer/

under the installtion help tab it has this

How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control (2007/12/05)

and this says something about uninstalling older versions before downloading newer versions or was the above information meant for the really older versions back in 2007 and older?

So bottom line- Do I need to uninstall 10.0.32.18 first before installing 10.0.42.34  ?

or is it really just no big deal to use the uninstall flash player tool

Download the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller:

reboot, then go to the adaobe site and download the newest flash player?
