I'm receiving this error whenever I connect to a video on theglobeandmail.com. This error occurs on IE9 x86 and Google Chrome on Windows 7 x86.

I've tested it on IE9 x64 on Windows 7 and have no problem.

Check firewall settings. Usually that's where this originates.
