Version 17.0.0.188 of shockwave install file opens blank window, won't install.

Hi lindano,

A common mistake people make is confusing Shockwave and Flash. They are completely separate players. Version 17.0.0.188 relates to the current Flash Player.

Thanks. Can't figure out how to post online, but you are right

it is Flash Player. I figured out what was wrong: security settings

were set too high. Changing that fixed the problem.
