Video freezing several times

I use firefox and i have problems with online videos(from facebook, from sites, from youtube etc) that they using flashplayer. The video freezes several times for 1-3 seconds and the sound keeps playing. But when i watching videos that they use html player i don't have any problem. Why it happens that problem with flashplayer?(my OS is win 8.1)

Can you please provide us the video link and firefox version which you are using for viewing the video.

Thank you for your instant reply. The version of firefox is 36.0.1.

About the video link, i would like to tell you that  all the videos which use flashplayer have that freeze(1-3 sec) where i mention.
