Videos zoomed in

I have the latest version of flash running on Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 11. Unfortunately, when I try to view videos, be they mp4 files on my computer or embedded youtube videos, they are zoomed into the max. Yesterday adobe was not recognizing my flash player, despite reinstalling it just a few minutes prior. That forced me to reset my browser and restart my computer. Now it recognizes that I have the latest version of flash installed, but I still have videos that are zoomed in all the way for an unknown reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found a solution, at least for my computer! Try reinstalling the graphics driver software. In my case it was the AMD Catalyst Driver that was evidently corrupted, and giving it a fresh install seemed to solve the issue!

    Hi,

Could you please share any video URL link with this issue reproducible.

    Thanks

This is from my Facebook, notice the bottom video has not started and looks normal, yet the video at the top has started and is zoomed in.  This occurs on any embedded video I try to watch.  Youtube, Netflix, etc. work fine.  It seems to be just the embedded videos.  This seems to be an issue with several people with no resolution as of yet.  Please help, this just started 10/29/15.

No, unfortunately I did not. I actually moved out of town and am using another computer with Windows 8, so don't have to deal with it for the time being. It is very annoying though, so please let me know if you find anything!
