Recently Adobe Flash Player was updated to version 18.0.0.209 on our corporate computers using Windows 7. Since then we have been having intermittent issues with the Share Desktop feature in WebEx. The participants only see a gray screen. WebEx is installed on-premise and not hosted on the cloud. I've gone through the troubleshooting steps and disabling hardware acceleration seemed to work but the issue is happening again. It sometimes works but more often it doesn't. Has anyone experienced anything similar or have other suggestions?
Thank you,
Vince
Thank you for your reply. I found out it wasn't related to Flash Player after all, Windows update 3069392 I believe was the culprit. As a workaround uninstall it, but more permanent solution is to update WebEx.
Thanks.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for posting this. Uninstalling the Windows update you mentioned, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3069392, fixed the issue for me as well. FYI I was already using the latest version of WebEx Meeting Center, WBS29.13. I did not have the same issue with WebEx Support Center.
