Website does not recognize that I have Adobe Flash Player

I have Windows 10 with Edge. My Adobe Flash Player in Edge Advanced Settings is enabled. When I try using a website that requires Adobe Flash Player, I get a message that I do not have Adobe Flash Player.

What may be the cause and solution to this problem?
