What is the deal, i purchased adobe flash player because it is required for the aarp driver safe class, i am having not luck getting this taking care of

You've made a few separate posts about this issue.  You were tricked into downloading something by malicious actors. 

There's a good possibility that:

• You've provided your credit card number to criminals.  You should contact your bank to reverse the charges and issue you a new card.
• You've probably installed malware on your computer.  You'll probably want to work with an expert to resolve that, and/or just completely format the machine and start over.
• Once you've gotten the computer back to a state that you can trust, it's probably a good time to change all of your passwords, especially to anything important...

Please, always download software directly from the manufacturer's website.
