Adobe announced Flash Player's end-of-life in July 2017 giving content creators, programmers, developers, IT experts, etc over 3 years remove Flash Player dependencies from their products. All modern browsers provide the capabilities necessary to do this in JavaScript.  This is an investment and prioritization choice, not a technical limitation.

You need to contact the makers of each of these apps and see if they have a solution to sell you or give you. They had 3 years warning of this, so many developers prepared upgrades to sell. If there is none, then these apps are dead for you.

Uninstall and throw the disks into your recycle bin.  Flash is dead.  Nobody should be creating Flash content anymore.

SwishMax closed their doors in 2016 when it was crystal clear that Flash had no future on the web. I don't know about the others but I suspect the same is true for them, also.

Flash Player is EOL.  Adobe removed all links to Flash Player and recommends removing Flash Player because it is no longer receiving security updates.  I hope for your sake you didn't download something infected from an untrusted website that could potentially put you and your computer at risk.  Good luck with that!
