where can i download the latest version of adobeflashplayer?

i failed to install adobe flashplayer on my computer today,so i checked the help material on the website(Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows) it is said that i can download the install file of adobeflashplayer from the offcial link ,and here are the 2 links:

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/latest/help/install_flash_player.exe

however,after i downloaded the 2 files from these 2links,i found the 2 install files are absolutely outdated.so where can i download the latest version of adobeflashplayer?

well,i can't.if i download the file from  https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer 

i would failed to install it on my computer later,as it always shows connection error.that's also the reason i try to download the file from the 2 links:

Both these download links contain the 18.0.0.209 installers.

oh,no,that's not the truth,and i have just tested.

if we can download the 209version of the adobe flashplayer,why the flashplayer plug-in is still forbidden by firefox after the installation?you can see it at other people's thread here as a proof of what i said.can't install flashplayer 18 or acrobat reader update.

Maybe you are getting it from a node that hasn't been properly propagated yet.

well,i tried the latest link you showed to me,and it do works.but on the other side can adobe fix the problems of those 2 links we mentioned before for a lot of times?or it would cause a lot of troubles.
