Which devices still support flash?

New Here ,

Hello, I am looking into buying a flash player supported device. I want to download flash games on the go. (Such as flash games from DeviantArt.) I dont think you can play flash games on current generation phones and tablets. I was able to play a select number of general games downloaded from DeviantArt on my (now dead) Samsung yp-r1, but I could not play the majority of them. I want to create a flash game, as part of my college final project in graphics design class, and test he development on my device. But first, I need to know which devices have a full fledged flash player. Note that the device does not nessecarily have have to be a phone or tablet. But it cannot be a computer laptop, or anything like that. Thanks!

Flash Player is not supported on any mobile devices, and hasn't been for many years.  See Tech specs |  Adobe Flash Player for the supported platforms.

I want to create a flash game, as part of my college final project in graphics design class, and test he development on my device.

Flash Player will be end-of-lived at the end of 2020 (Flash & The Future of Interactive Content | Adobe Blog) and all currently supported browser vendors are also planning to end support for Flash at the same time (links to that effect in the Blog I link to).  I'd be more beneficial to use some other technology to create your game, especially as no mobile device supports Flash.

While it does, as it renders Flash in the cloud, the OP specifically mentioned downloading Flash games to a mobile device.  Puffin wouldn't be a solution for this.

As mentioned previously, it's highly recommended to use a technology other than Flash, as Flash will EOL at the end of 2020.

Just to augment this a little bit, Adobe AIR is your best choice if you want to build a Flash-based game for mobile.  AIR lets you use yoru existing skills with ActionScript and Adobe Animate to build and package content as an Android or IOS application.
