Question

Why am I not able to update flash on OS X 10.10.3

No matter what I do, I am unable to update Flash Player on OS X 10.10.3. Every time it fails. This question has been asked on here before and was not resolved. This has been happening for awhile. The fact that there is not customer service number is pathetic. What do I need to do to fix this?

Hi 920georger,

According to the screenshots you posted you have the latest version of Flash Player installed.  What exactly is the behaviour you're observing or issues you're experiencing?

I am having the exact same problem.  I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari - all to no avail.

Hi 920georger,

17.0.0.169 currently is the Latest Version of Flash Player which is installed on your system. The log says that no error occurred while installation. It seems there's no problem and it got installed on 24th April.

For troubleshooting purposes, Can you please also attach the screenshot of the error message? Also Share ADM Trace Logs (location: ~/Librarly/Logs/Adobe_ADMLogs) [How to share a document]

Here is what I get when I try to go to the settings panel.  I can't get to the controls.
