What can you not download.  What OS version? What version of Firefox. Please give the exact message.

Hello Sir.

I mean l cannot down load adobe flash player 11 and it can install until 50% then stop and asked to close program of firefox so I cannot fix it out.

Can you open your task manager and close all Firefox instances open, and then try? Also, see this document for more information http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html

You need to download the installer, e.g. from http://forums.adobe.com/thread/909550, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installer.
