Why does Flash Player always crash when using Firefox?

I have done all the troubleshooting and Firefox and both Flash Player are up-to-date, but it continues to crash.  What is going on?

Can you please try upgrading Firefox to 64bit version (if it is supported by your machine)?

If that does not help, we'll required more information about this issue:

• Flash Player version
