why doesn't greeting card open?

IE 9,  Windows 7, HP Laptop, 64 bit.

Flash Player 13.0.0.206

The Adobe page shows the player is working,

The address for the greeting card:

When I right click in the card area, copy the Video URL, open a new tab, and paste the URL into the address box the video works great!

Can you help me stop this extra operation?
