I have an application using AxShockwaveFlashObjects with a custom swf. Giving the "timebomb" on Flash player at the beginning of next year, will the WhitelistUrlPattern in the mms.cfg file works on AxShockwaveFlashObjects?

Our focus is generally Flash Player, running on supported platforms, hosted in a supported browser.
You can test your application by setting the system clock forward to something like Feb 1 2021, but there are additional complexities that you may need to contend with, like changes to the operating system (particularly on Win10), which may create additional impacts beyond the timebomb.
The smart move, particularly if this is an application critical to your business, would be to remove your dependencies on Flash before the end of the year, make arrangements to license a supported version, etc.
You can find more information on the landscape (including links to blog posts from the relevant browser partners) and available options here:

Once I set the system clock forward to next year, I am able to use WhitelistUrlPattern to show the Flash Player Settings.

However, AxShockwaveFlashObjects is being blocked when loading the same FlashSetting.swf(same location)
