Windows 10 Offline Installer

Question

Hi, I'm looking for an offline installer for Flash Player ActiveX on windows 10.

I have downloaded from this page https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player-windows.html version 32.0.0.465 however when running on a windows 10 system the following message is displayd:

"This Adobe Flash Player ActiveX Installer is only intended for Windows 7 and prior. Please run the Adobr Flash Player ActiveX Installer for Windows 8 and Windows 10."

Enterprises that need a secure, maintained copy of the ActiveX Flash Player on Windows 8 and higher can license one from HARMAN.

For individuals, Adobe has never published an ActiveX Flash Player for Windows 8 and higher, because Microsoft gates access to the installation path. The only way to install the ActiveX Flash Player on Win8+ is via Windows Update.

Flash Player ActiveX has always been embedded in IE and Edge browsers in Windows10 and is managed by Microsoft.  Due to this, a separate standalone uninstaller is not available.
