32 Bit? or 64 Bit?

I have a 64 bit os but my Flash Player latest version is 32bit ...It says I have the latest version... Is there a 64 bit version?... I can find no evidence of this from the website

On a 64-bit OS, Flash Player installs both the 32-bit version (for 32-bit apps) and the 64-bit version (for 64-bit apps).  I'm assuming you are referring to the 32-bit Flash Player entry in the Control Panel.  If so, this is the Flash Player Settings Manager.  While the Settings Manager is a 32-bit applications, the options selected here will be consumed by the 32- and 64-bit versions of Flash that are installed on the system.
