Hi guys,

I would like to use the Ikea Pax Planner, however, this does not work on my Mac, neither on safari nor on firefox. I have done all the updates etc, plug in accepted but it would not show the images for example if I open the planner. any experiences ( see pic)? thank youBildschirmfoto 2019-08-03 um 14.13.39.png

What lets you think that this is an Adobe problem and not an Ikea one?

I would ask Ikea to fix their site.

Well, because I have tried on other laptops and it works. I didnt say it’s an Adobe problem, I just said it is not working on my Mac. Mac may be the problem,  I have no idea actually.

But i know that ikea is not the problem.

I will see what I can do about it, thanks

What other computers worked? Windows? You need to know that support for flash is fading. I would really urge Ikea to choose a different system.

And Apple is very hostile to Flash and browser makers do not like flash neither. All have announced to shred support for flash.

Unfortunately I think your computer does not support flash.

I have the same issue.  I think that Flash is behaving differently on Mac than on Windows.  I used the planner in the store today on Windows and now I'm at home using Mac and it doesn't work.  I get the same result you have in your screenshot.

I'm on a 13" MacBook Pro (2016 with USB-C) with Mac OS X Mojave.

It may well be that access to computer resources is blocked. The MacOS was always a little different ...
