This issue is reported after every Flash Player update.  In almost all cases it is users behind a corporate firewall that experience the issue, and most of the time it is due some download cache holding an old version of the installer(s).

Hi Dan,

I just grabbed the exe and msi for both the 32 and 64 bit versions of the active x plugin and inspected the installers (using Orca for MSI and file properties for the .exe)  All 4 copies reported back 11.1.102.62.  Could you try clearing your cache to see if that resolves this?
