Adobe version 21.00.213

Hi, my name is Diego, i have the same problem of a post "Help!!  Can't get past "A plugins (shockwave flash) isn't responding" .  What to do???" but looking at the chrome plugins I realize that the version of the Adobe Flash Player is 21.00.213. I erase the file and it fixed itself (21.00.197) when I started chrome again, but after a while it changes again to 21.00.213.


I put that version on youtube and all the web page are in different languages and looks like a virus. It may be but I'm just cheking if thats true and if you have any advice of what i should do.

I think is any page that use the Shockwave Player, because it show a message "A complement (Shockwave Player) is not answering/working" (I'm trying to translate). Example: adobe download page Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions, a ping test page Speedtest.net by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test and others.

Hi,

What operating system is this on?  Can you try completely uninstalling Chrome (save your bookmarks before doing so) and re-installing?  If you continue to get the same error, please post a screenshot (see How to post a screenshot in the forum).
