Adobe version 21.00.213

Hi, my name is Diego, i have the same problem of a post "Help!! Can't get past "A plugins (shockwave flash) isn't responding" . What to do???" but looking at the chrome plugins I realize that the version of the Adobe Flash Player is 21.00.213. I erase the file and it fixed itself (21.00.197) when I started chrome again, but after a while it changes again to 21.00.213.

I put that version on youtube and all the web page are in different languages and looks like a virus. It may be but I'm just cheking if thats true and if you have any advice of what i should do.

What I tried was to remove the Adobe Flash Player completely so I download the uninstall and it errased from the programs setting but it still in the plugins of chrome. So I errase from where it said it was (in the plugin page) and when i re-open chrome again it changes the version to 21.00.197 but after i while i navigate (oppening youtube, speedtest and gmail) it changes back to 21.00.213.
