Can't see my photos from Smilebox playback

Hi,

I am trying to download the photos from kindergarten that I have on Smilebox Playback. I used to see them with Adobe FlashPlayer, but, since it is not working anymore, I can't see my photos. Could somebody help?

Hi @marianaB82C,

I'm afraid not. Flash Player is end of life. And there is no replacement for Flash Player. Sorry.

The Flash Player EOL announcement was issued 3-1/2 years ago giving content developers like Smilebox more than enough time to prepare a replacement that doesn't require Flash Player. Hopefully they did. If not, it's unlikely they ever will.

You'll need to contact Smilebox customer support for assistance. They should have fixed their site so it is usable without Adobe Flash.
