Hi,
Is there a particular video that returns the error? If yes, what is the exact URL to that video?
What is the complete error message (Error 2035: Some text here)
Do you have any extensions installed in Firefox? If so, please list all extensions, including version, you have installed. You'll need to click the 'more' link for each extension to obtain the version number.

Hi,
What is the complete error message (Error 2035: Some text here)? If possible, post a screenshot of the entire error message.
What is the Flash Player version you are using? What you provided doesn't show the entire version number. Please go to https://www.helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click the 'Check Now' button. Post the results of the Flash Player version as given in the widget. 11.2.202.569 is the latest version. If you do not have this version, please install it and see if it resolves the issue or not.
Thank you.

Hallo Maria,
Thanks for your reaction.
1) There is no text in the error message. Just Error#2035. see attachment.
2) The link does not work. i get the message : "server not found".
Firefox/tools/add-ons/plugins/Shockwave Flash/More --> 11.2.202.569
So it is the latest version.
Thanks.

Hi,
There is no attachment in your previous post. Can you please try again?
Sorry, there was a typo in the link, it is https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html‌.
11.2.202.569 is the latest version. I was not to install Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and attempt to reproduce, as I was not able to reproduce using Ubuntu 10.04.

Hi,
There is no screenshot. If you are replying via email and attaching the screenshot it explains why there is no screenshot. Images can only be added directly from the forums, not email. Also the accepted format it limited to JPG or PNG.

There is no link shown anywhere but the next message is shown.

It says that the video has probably been removed from youtube (which is not true). The faq link in this message is not helpful at all.

Hi,
Please go to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html‌ and click the 'Check Now' button. Post a screenshot of the resulting system information. If you're replying via email you'll need to come back to the forums to post the screenshot as the forums does not accept email attachments.
Is this the only site that returns error 2035? Or are there other sites that return this error? I've not been able to reproduce the error.
Try starting Firefox in Safe Mode (see Troubleshoot Firefox issues using Safe Mode | Firefox Help) to check if one of the extensions installed/enabled is causing the problem. Note that if you click 'Reset' in the Safe Mode restart window you'll reset Firefox to it's original settings and delete any extensions/bookmarks/etc you may have installed/saved.
You can also try disabling all extensions (except for Flash Player) and then enabling each one independently to check if one of the is impacting playback.

Hallo Maria,
Thanks for your answer.
1) Here is the screenshot. it is giving confusing information, because you said 11.2.202.569 was the latest version.

2) I do not know if there are other sites where this happens. When i play the songs via youtube everything is allright.
3) in safe mode exactly the same thing happens. (error 2035)
4) i have disabled all other plugins, and the same thing happens. (error 2035)

This isn't a Flash Player problem. It's a problem with the content provider's site.
