I have been having issues with flash 9 working on youtube as
describe on another thread. I've tried to follow the link to the
support site to get help as suggested by Bentley but I can't find
out how to do it. What am I doing wrong? When I click on the link
he has included I get an error message for that page.

Thanks for the link, Bentley. I have gone through those
support pages as well as the other threads to try and get youtube
to work with flash 9 but nothing seems to work. I'm still getting
the message that I haven't got the updated flash player even though
I do. I also tried to send an email through the support pages but
when I choose 'your product" it doesn't seem to register and I
can't get the option to <continue>. It just stays grey. Can
you help, please?

I'm confused! Can anybody help? I've tried all the
suggestions that I've come across to get flash 9 working on youtube
and nothing seems to work. I've checked through the adobe support
pages and that doesn't help either. I've tried to send an email on
the support site to get help but I can't do that either. What can I
do to get this thing working and is it not possible to get adobe
support if you have just downloaded the player free of the site?
