Flash does not install plugin for Firefox 52

New Here ,
Apr 01, 2017 Apr 01, 2017

Windows 10

Flash 25.0.0.127

Firefox 52.0.2

Installation of Flash does not install the Flash plugin for Firefox 52.  Neither does it add the Mozilla Plugin Keys to the Registry.  The end result is I have Firefox without Flash.  I downloaded and ran the standalone Adobe Flash Uninstaller and reinstalled Flash: still no plugin and no registry keys.  Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?  Thanks.

What is the name of the installer file you are using to install Flash Player NPAPI for Firefox?

Is Flash Player currently installed?  If so, do the following:

  • Launch Firefox and navigate to about:addons > Plugins
  • Is Flash Player listed?  If so, click the 'More' link and post a screenshot of the plugin details

I use Firefox also and the Flash player keeps cutting out when I'm playing games on POGO. A drop-down window keeps popping up and tells me the flash website is trying to load and is running slow. Do you want to 'stop it',or 'wait', or I can click the x to exit. When I hit wait or exit the message comes right back. If I 'stop it' the screen goes black and says Flash player has stopped running. I have to close Firefox to get the POGO home page to reload.

I uninstalled and reinstalled but no help. I can't locate Flash... in my program files or the add/remove page either. Not sure how to make this stop and find out if the Flash player downloaded right or being blocked.

I need help and I look forward to your reply.
