I am running Windows Vista with Google Chrome and ever since I updated to flash player 10 my games and videos are running jerky and slow. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, followed some other random internet advice and it is still performing so poorly I can't play the games.

Hi, glad you were able to take care of that:-) To go any further, I need to know your operating system, browsers and version numbers, whether a 64bit system so I can have you check a couple of files.

    Thanks,

Hi, if you haven't turned off the hardware acceleration feature then I would suggest you do that. Go to youtube and as soon as the video starts, right click on it and click on Settings and you should see a Display Setting; UNcheck the hardware acceleration.
It is also recommended to update your graphic and video drivers to the latest versions. You may see an improvement by just turning off the hardware acceleration feature.
    See if this helps.

Thanks for your input. Yes, I have done that already. It was part of the self-diagnosis I was trying. Are my graphic and video driver updates in the Windows updates? Not sure how to do that. Thanks for your help.
