I am having major problems and can't get anyone from Neopets to help me. I have emailed them at least 6 times with no reply. Ok my problem is since I updated my player to the newest version I can't get anywhere on the site. Is anybody else having this problem and what did you do to resolve it?

I, too have been having difficulty since Neopets updated its worlds. However, if you go to one of the neopets-related sites (Neopets Hive, JellyNeo, etc.) and use the links (daily to-do's, etc.) you can access a lot of things. Hope this helps!

Pfffffft. I don't believe this. Okay, here's the deal. If Neopets is the only site that you can't use, that's because they're screwed up a lot lately. If you're having problems with ALL sites, then go find the uninstaller program on this site under support, shut down everything (browser, IM, etc) possible, run the uninstaller, reboot, get back to this site, re-install Flash, and you should be dandy after that. The only thing that ISN'T working for me now is Neopets.

I don't know what the hell they're doing over there, but whatever it is, is breaking a lot of their own stuff. I can see the worlds, but once I'm at, say, Neopia Central, nothing is clickable. If that's where you are, it's Neopets' fault, not yours. If you can't see anything, somewhere on this site is a test-your-flash feature to make sure it's your system before you go uninstalling and reinstalling things.

Where is this neopets site .. and what do you mean "can't get anywhere" ??

Without that information, there is nothing much anyone can do to help you.

Aha, I think I know, since the same thing happened to me. Neopets (neopets.com) is a virtual pet/game site that relies heavily on flash applications. It prompts you all by itself to upgrade flash, and I gather that she had the same problem as I did - upgraded as commanded, only to find that Flash works nevermore.

What she means by "can't get anywhere" is that it's near impossible to navigate the site without a working flash installation, since you click on various parts of flash apps to jump from place to place. Example: there's a nice graphic cartoon world with various areas on it, point and click and boom, you're in the desert, or whatever.

I'm having the same problem, as noted in other thread pertaining to file path. At this point, uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox is looking to be the next step, since Firefox is demanding I tell it where the .exe file is for Flash, I can't find it, and I refuse to use IE on my system.

As for the problem itself, flash simply will not display. Period. End of story, everybody out of the pool.
