Flash player keeps crashing Slotomania and other Facebook games

I just bought my mum a new laptop and whenever she tries to play Slotomania and Heart of Vegas on Facebook they crash and the play screen goes black before it refreshes. It appears to be a problem with flash not working properly. Have tried loading the game on chrome, edge, firefox and opera and keep having the same issue. I’ve enabled Flash in the settings but still cant seem to get it fixed. Have tried installing and uninstalling also. Any advice? Thanks in advance

It's most likely a video card driver bug, but there's not enough information here to know.

Try disabling hardware acceleration as an experiment.  Details are in the video troubleshooting guide:

If the problem goes away, update your video drivers and then turn hardware acceleration back on (instructions are also in that guide).

If it doesn't go away, send us a crash dump and we'll take a look:

I try to play Slotmania and just comes up and shows loading...but never does load. It has been doing this for about 5 days! What is the problem??

Flash Player has reached end-of-life.  Thd Slotmania developers need to migrate their game to a different technology, if they haven't done so yet.  See https://www.facebook.com/fbgaminghome/blog/flash-end-of-life-approaching-options-for-developers for more information.
