The says PRELOADING and nothing happens until I right mouse click on top of the page and click 'Play' more than 1 time. I really dont know how to resolve this issue. This issue is persisting more than a month and right now, it has become top priority at my company. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Facing similar problem with FLV not playing with SWF but MP4. If found any solution please help.

Not playing on chrome and firefox, but somehow it played on IE. Must be some some SWF or Flash player plug-in issue. It starts from few days back in september, when any update came. Please suggest what can I do to resolve it or I need to share any other information to you.

    Hi,

Flash Player browser plugin plays .swf files in the browser.  It does not play not .flv files.  To view .flv files you'll need to use a different video player.  While I've not used it before, VLC Media Player is a popular choice.

Thank you Maria. We have another application which is java based and the same file (.flv) works flawlessly. But when this file (.flv) is pulled from weblogic (12cR1) server through the browser, it gives issue.

    Hi,

As mentioned previously, Flash Player plugin doesn't play .flv files in the browser, never has.  If you want to play .flv videos in the browser, you'd need to add them to a .swf file and then reference that .swf file in the HTML document.
