HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

I have the latest version of Flash Player & latest version of Firefox (20.).

Can someone PLEASE tell me why, (even before I updated FF) that whenever I try to play ANY of my You Tube Videos they are consistently freezing?

The audio is fine but the video pics itself just keeps freezing, normally I have had to move my mouse around the screen to keep unfreezing video, but that's not even working anymore.

I am Very Confused & Upset that I can't even play my videos anymore.

(p.s. I am also technically challenged, but know enough to get by)

I am BEGGING Anyone to PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

By freeze do you mean that the video starts to load and then stops abruptly, then starts and then stops again, etc.? All you see is a static picture? If so, this has been an ongoing problem with Youtube, and based on what I've found, has to do with the fact that they simply don't have enough servers to handle the traffic. In my area, it's particularly worse at night, when most people are online. You can easily see whether the video is being downloaded or streamed by right clicking the video and selecting "Show Video Information." A little box will appear on the screen that shows the download speed of the video, in kb's. If it's not advancing--the number isn't changing--then the video isn't loading or has stalled.

You can also test how other (non-youtube) videos perform that use flash player such as those on Hulu.com, or even the Spotlight Videos on Google's News page -- http://news.google.com/nwshp?hl=en&tab=wn I've found that they normally load and play just fine, even when youtube is sluggish.

Hi Ortho

Sorry it took so long to answer.

I was having other problems with comp. since I installed FF20, so I cleared all History, Cookies, Caches,etc. and every thing is running much better.

You Tube Videos are still stopping & starting (audio is fine) - so when video 'sticks' (freezes) I have to move my mouse around screen-on and off video--but it's not as bad as it was.

BTW, I clicked your link & went to Google, tried to play a couple and G was worse than YT, IMO.

So I guess I'll just keep doing what I have to on YT (hopefully when I can get someone out here to check comp. they can look at that for me).

So Thank You for all your Help, I'm afraid this one is going nowhere.
