How do you fix Flash Error: Error #1010?

I receive this error trying to play "7 Little Words" on their official site.  I am told by their support it is at my end.  The error occurred before I updated Flash Player and after.  When updating Flash Player I also received an error saying "action list not found".  However, when I check the Flash Version it shows I have 11.8.  I have gone through all troubleshooting tips.  Thank you.
