Hi,

Flash Player installer installs both 32- and 64-bit versions automatically on a 64-bit OS.  The item you are seeing in the Control Panel is the Flash Player Settings Manager, which is a 32-bit application, but acts on both 32- and 64-bit versions.  It is not the plugin itself.

To view the plugin in the control Panel do the follwoing:

  1. Launch Control Panel, go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features

To view the plugin files in Windows/File Explorer do the following:

  1. Launch Windows/File Explorer go to:
    1. C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash - contains the 64-bit files
    2. C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash - contains the 32-bit files
